1. Organizer
The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of YOUR SALON SUPPORT PTY LTD, with address at 55 Brisbane Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010, and fiscal identification number 42 673 440 456.
2. Participants
The draw is open to all persons of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the draw publication on Instagram. The organizer's employees and their relatives may not participate in the draw.
3. Draw Mechanics
To participate in the draw, participants must follow the following instructions:

4. Participation Period
The participation period for the draw begins on 01/09/25 and ends on 01/11/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.

6 Month Timely Subscription
Up to 6 months of Timely salon software
The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value. All prize values are estimates based on the standard retail price at time of publication. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Your Salon Support Pty Ltd to document, promote, and publicly share the creation process, deliverables, and final results of the services provided as part of the prize package. This includes, but is not limited to, behind-the-scenes content, portfolio showcases, social media posts, case studies, and marketing materials that highlight the work completed for the winner. If the winner has not met the entry criteria at the time of draw, they will not be eligible to win. Final prize value may vary based on the winner’s selections, available inclusions, and delivery costs. Prize elements are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
To claim and initiate delivery of the prize, the winner must sign Your Salon Support’s Scope of Work Agreement, which outlines the inclusions, delivery process, and mutual expectations. Failure to sign this agreement within 14 days of receiving it will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Website Prize Clarification:
The website prize offered is the installation and light customization of a YSS proprietary website template, built and owned by Your Salon Support Pty Ltd. The prize does not include custom development beyond what is specified in the Scope of Work. Additional services or functionality upgrades outside of this scope may be quoted separately at the winner’s request.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen randomly by the organiser using AppSorteos' platform from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be announced on 03/11/2025 through an Instagram live, followed by a post on Instagram,. By entering, participants agree to have their name or handle announced publicly if selected as the winner, unless they specifically request anonymity in writing via DM after their competition entry.
7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery
The winner may contact the company within a period of 7 days from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared without a winner and another winner will be assigned.
8. Treatment of Personal Data
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. By entering you acknowledge your email will be provided to the prize sponsors and you consent to this under the terms of entry, You may opt out any time by email help@yoursalonsupport.com
9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw
The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
10. Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
11. Acceptance of the legal terms
Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the draw. This competition is conducted as a trade promotion under NSW Fair Trading guidelines. No permit is required as participation is free and winners are determined by chance. The organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws of New South Wales and Australia.
